This includes setup, monitoring, support, maintenance, proactive issue fix and ongoing development (details as agreed in your service specification).
We take care of everything, providing complete assurance that your systems remain secure, compliant and performant, backed by our comprehensive SLA.
Many of our customers progress to a Fully Managed service over time, as their system requirements grow.
Please note: our Fully Managed service is only available for systems aligned with our 'reference architecture'. This enables us to provide the best possible service. We'll be delighted to talk this through with you.
