We offer four different engagement types, matched to the level of assistance you require. Each has a specific set of attributes and is offered as an independent contract. This includes whether the engagement is governed by an SLA, what we are responsible for and what we ask of our customers.

Richard Stubbs

Principal Consultant

With over 20 years of relevant, hands-on technical experience, focusing on DevOps and specialising in infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, security and orchestration. I have extensive experience within the Internet, FinTech and IoT industries, working for several tech start-ups over this period as a consultant or in a CIO or CTO role.
 
I specialise in consulting for organisations both large and small on their automation strategies, technical road-maps and products, then take on an engineering role designing and implementing solutions through a modern DevOps approach.

Hugh Acland

Architect & Consultant

More than 15 years experience designing and building digital products. I have managed geographically dispersed teams and have a passion for leveraging modern toolchains and  processes to optimise quality and efficiency. I have programmed in Java, C, Clojure, Python and Haskell.

Tim Jameson

Head of Operations

I consult with AxisOps on all aspects of operational oversight, including customer experience, customer lifecycle, compliance and continuous improvement. I am currently leading the business through the ISO 27001 certification process, including implementation of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and associated staff training.

Senior Engineer

I am our senior engineer, assisting in systems development work and providing support services for our customers. I have expertise in Ansible, Docker, PHP / Laravel and Ubuntu / Linux. I enjoy developing systems that are genuinely useful to customers which make their lives easier.

Alison Fry

Office Manager

As the Office Manager I look after the day-to-day running of the office. I manage HR, client accounts, company accounts and payroll. I also make sure the office is kept neat and tidy, and well stocked with caffeine to keep the engineers working at full throttle!
