Support & Assist
A Support & Assist engagement is an ongoing support agreement. We help you to solve systems issues and suggest future improvements.
As part of Support & Assist work you will gain access to our helpdesk and expert DevOps engineers. Systems issues can be logged via a ticketing system, covered by our SLA. Support & Assist gives you the peace of mind that we are always at the end of a phone or computer, ready to respond.
In addition, during a Support & Assist engagement, we may suggest Develop, Build & Deliver projects to improve your systems architecture or move you towards your organisational future vision. These projects can be completed with the end goal of moving to a Managed Systems engagement, where we take full responsibility for your systems, or they can be completed with the goal of maintaining a Support & Assist relationship.
Whatever your end goal, Support & Assist means that we partner with you, for however long you need us, to become your expert DevOps problem solvers.
